How it works

Pick your package & group size
Simple, Signature or Deluxe, for up to 6 or up to 8 guests.

Choose an open date
Fridays 6–8 PM, Saturdays 2–4 or 6–8 PM. Book at least 7 days ahead.

Pay to lock it in
The host pays the full package price at booking. If your group wants to split it, that's between friends!

Show up & pour
We handle everything else. Just bring your people and get ready to have fun. 🕯️

Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings are final. We don't give cash refunds.
  • Cancel 14+ days before your party: you get a SILO credit for the full amount, with no expiration, good toward another party or anything in our shop.
  • Cancel less than 14 days before: no refund or credit, but you can reschedule once, free, to any open date.
  • No-show: no refund, credit or reschedule.
  • Fewer guests than booked: no partial refunds, but you're welcome to bring someone else in their place.
  • If SILO has to cancel: you get a full refund or first pick of a new date.
